day 1: go real open
day 4: warm ordinaries, calm wonder
day 5: create light
day 6: breathe full; think larger, upward in awe
day 7: eyes billowing wonder – not asking;
day 8: listen: life breaks stone
day 9: ever-changing compassion – light to witness what remained
day 11: connected, large, temporary;
day 12: fiercely grow: never see it all, never be the same – magic, most peaceful revelation
day 13: confused in gratitude, hold close to joy
day 16: in tune, twirling everywhere
day 18: to see the world clear;
day 20: living thank you,
day 21: fog rose again – what resilience: humans display properties of trees;
day 23: this version of myself responded in joy
day 24: out of a deep respect for the need of clouds, love a greater hue of vibrancy;
day 25: allow a great deal of living – it can be soul-swelling
day 27: like the sun – slowly painting kindness, making space for the moon;
day 29: feeble fluid fumblings, here beyond definition
day 32: returning at rest, enough and on fire
day 33: empty, further person –
day 40: tender sparkling exists in this soul bound synchronistically
day 41: graced with humanity
day 52: not wired to run through time, a mosaic: what next? and how?

*a poem created by lifting words written in my notebook during the first fifty-two days of this journey and weaving them into a mosaic: meach line is comprised only of words i wrote on the stated day of the journey (i.e. the words ‘go’ ‘real’ and ‘open’ were among various sentences and paragraphs I wrote on day 1, september 11th, and the words ‘living’ ‘thank’ and ‘you’ were written among other words on day 20, september 30th, and so on) that have been paired down, reordered, and mixed together to exist both as a summation of where my pen was on each individual day and as part of the whole of where my pen has journeyed in this first half of the journey. thus, line by line, the poem is a chronological telling of where I have been, while word by word, as a pieced together, mosaic whole, the poem exists only here and now.
